HOTSTART Opens Oil and Gas Office

As the oil and gas industry looks toward the future of global demand and the need for greater efficiency, Spokane, Wash. based Hotstart has opened a new office in Houston, Texas to provide more accessible and hands-on engineering and technical support for its customers.

Hotstart made the decision to open an office in Houston after evaluating its markets and the needs of customers. The organization spent years listening to current and prospective customers and decided on Houston as many of their customers in oil and gas are in or close to Texas. With this expansion, Hotstart hopes to put the expertise, innovation and products oil and gas customers need closer to their operations, improving turnaround times and streamlining processes. 

“Being on-site in Houston allows me to connect with our customers in an even greater way,” said Rick Cargill, oil and gas sales manager.  “I can provide greater support for my customers. I can go to their offices and production facilities, have face-to-face conversations and spend time really listening to their needs. Understanding their needs allows our team to engineer tailored solutions that meet the demands of the industry.  I can also be readily available on short notice to provide parts, answer questions and help problem solve. This is of great benefit to our customers and Hotstart is excited to have taken this step.”

Hotstart’s Houston office and oil and gas team is being led by sales manager Rick Cargill.  Cargill has a long history with Hotstart, having been with the organization for more than 30 years.  He brings deep experience and a personal touch to Hotstart’s customers in the oil and gas market. This on-the-ground presence in Houston allows Hotstart to be closer to customers and enhance the responsiveness and hands-on service customers have come to expect.
