Forced Circulation Heaters

Hotstart's Forced Circulation Heaters feature integrated pumps to move heated fluids throughout an engine, oil sump, or compressor frame. Forced circulation heating solutions are available in weathertight and hazardous location models for a range of installation environments in coolant, oil, or dual fluid configurations. Continuous circulation ensures heated coolant is kept at a consistent temperature, allowing for a more evenly heated engine that results in ideal conditions for quick engine starts, reduced plumbing maintenance, and improved energy efficiency while eliminating white exhaust smoke. Pump-driven engine heaters maintain optimal oil viscosity for continuous circulation throughout the entire oil sump or compressor frame.
