Pump Driven Heaters

Safety and reliability are top priorities for facilities and maintenance managers. Hospitals, banks, telecom, data centers and other essential industries need the peace of mind that when power goes out, their onsite backup generators will start quickly. Designed for generators 500 watt and smaller, Hotstart’s pump driven heaters are more effective than convection heaters. Upgrading an existing standard convection engine block heater to a pump-driven model can reduce overall maintenance and extend heater life.

HOTflow® Forced Circulation Heaters

HOTflow® forced circulation engine heaters feature an integrated pump that circulates warm coolant throughout the entire engine at uniform temperatures. Constant coolant circulation eliminates hotspots that deteriorate heater hoses, harm engine seals, and diminish coolant life. HOTflow engine heaters rely on fewer heating cycles — saving up to 35% in energy consumption while extending heater element life and reducing maintenance work.

EVRHEAT® Forced Circulation Heaters

EVRHEAT® forced circulation heaters are designed and built for efficiency, versatility, and reliability in mind. Intelligent controls and sensors optimize heater performance, allowing for more precise temperature controls. Users can see the heater's current operating status at-a-glance using the innovative LED display. The swivelable, swappable inlet hose barb moves 180° in either direction to accommodate plumbing in confined spaces, simplifying installation. Retrofitting the EVRHEAT heater into existing installations is quick and easy. Operators looking to reduce their standby generator heater energy consumption can see up to 45% energy savings with EVRHEAT forced circulation heaters compared to standard convection heaters.
