During the last 12 months, the way we work has changed significantly. Who knew it would take a virus to really show us what we’re made of? The situation with COVID changed how we operate and communicate, which posed very significant challenges. While we bent and flexed to keep things moving, we always had fear or worry lurking in the shadows.
